GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PRIVATE WELLNESS THE WALL

1. Definitions

• Wellness/facilities: all areas, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, hammam, showers, relaxation areas and outdoor areas.
• Customer/User: any person who makes a reservation or uses the facilities.
• Operator: BV The Wall

2. Reservations – No cancellations allowed

1. A reservation is final after confirmation.
2. Cancellations will not be accepted , regardless of the reason, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the operator.
3. In case of late arrival or no-show, the full amount remains due .
4. If necessary, The Wall may refuse access in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of the house rules.
5. The operator may move a reservation in the event of force majeure or technical failures.

3. Liability

1. Entering the wellness area is entirely at the customer's own risk .
2. The operator is not liable for:
• physical injuries resulting from use of facilities;
• slipping, temperature stimuli or other customer behavior;
• loss, damage or theft of personal belongings;
• temporary unavailability of installations due to maintenance or defect.
3. The customer is liable for damage caused by:
• use of own products (oils, scrubs, shampoos, soaps, bath salts, etc.);
• bringing your own drinks or food ;
• reckless or inappropriate behavior;
• failure to respect instructions or house rules.
4. Damages will be charged based on actual costs + €50 administration fee.

4. Hygiene & Safety

1. Showering before using all facilities is mandatory.
2. Proprietary products are strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking, vaping, and any form of drugs are prohibited in the entire building.
5. Children are only admitted from the age of 10 , under permanent supervision of an adult.
6. Glass is prohibited in all wet areas (swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and showers).
7. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed in the wellness areas.

5. Use of the facilities

1. The customer treats all infrastructure with respect and care.
2. Photos or videos of other guests are prohibited without their permission.
3. Leaving the wellness area on time is mandatory; any excess will be charged for every 15 minutes started.
4. The peace and quiet of other guests must be respected; loud or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
5. The Wall may deny or terminate access for violations of rules or inappropriate behavior.

6. Beverages & Food

1. Only drinks from The Wall are allowed.
2. Alcohol consumption must be limited; in case of intoxication, the session may be stopped without refund.

7. Force Majeure & Technical Defects

1. The operator is not liable for technical interruptions or force majeure.
2. An alternative date can be suggested if necessary.
3. No form of compensation is due in the event of temporary unavailability of facilities.

8. Privacy & Camera Surveillance

1. Wellness areas are camera-free.
2. CCTV may be present in the entrance, parking lot and hallways for security reasons.
3. Data will only be used for reservation management.

9. Gift cards

1. Valid for 12 months.
2. Not exchangeable for cash.
3. Lost coupons will not be replaced.

10. Payment

1. Payment is made via Payconiq, Bancontact or cash .
2. Unpaid amounts may be increased with administration and reminder costs.

11. Applicable law and competent court

Belgian law applies.
Competent court: Court of West Flanders, Ypres division.

To ensure the tranquility, quality, and cleanliness of our wellness center, we ask our guests to respect the following guidelines:

• Own food and drinks are not allowed in The Wall Exclusive Wellness Experience.
• Pets are not allowed in the wellness areas.
• Smoking, vaping, and drugs are prohibited throughout the building.
• Children are welcome from 10 years old , accompanied by an adult.
• Treat the interior, the materials and the silence of the surroundings with respect.
• Please leave the wellness area promptly at the end of your reserved session, so that subsequent guests can also enjoy their time in peace.
• Glass is prohibited in all wet areas: swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, hammams and showers.
• The Wall reserves the right to refuse or deny entry to guests for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these guidelines.
• Cancellations or late arrivals do not entitle you to a refund , unless otherwise agreed.

These rules ensure a safe, serene and sustainable wellness experience for all our guests.
